Whale2 - Brush servomotor controller

 

The controller is capable of driving 1 brush DC servomotor. The controller method is an advanced PID algorithm. The controlling is cloosed loop, you need an incremental encoder for position feedback.

The inputs are step and direction signals.

Recommended PC controller softwares are MACH2-3 and KCAM4, USBCNC, WinPCNC.

Use a common error wire to cascade controllers.

Case of the controller is nature aluminium box, the bottom is a 3mm thick aluminium board which functions as a cooling-rib.
